Gather these items: a beige slip dress, quarter yard of brown, yellow and red felt, temporary hem tape, hot glue and scissors. For props, you can use two bottles of ketchup and mustard.
Cut the brown felt into a rectangle, preferably at the length of your dress (from the neckline) and 7 to 10 inches wide. Cut the rectangle from top and bottom to make it into a curvy capsule shape (or a hotdog).
Take the red and yellow felt and cut 1-inch thick wavy lines. If you are not sure about where to cut or how to cut, you can always trace the lines on the felt.
Now, hot glue the mustard and ketchup pieces on to the hotdog. Paste the hotdog with ketchup and mustard to the dress with the hem tape and press firmly to secure the hotdog on the dress. You can also add a few stitches for extra security.
There you go! Now enjoy Halloween and paint the town in ketchup and mustard!
